台灣地區航空貨運集散站市場區隔之研究
A Study on Market Segmentation of Air Cargo
Terminal in Taiwan

摘要
航空貨運集散站為我國民航特許行業,從早年政府經營之獨占市場到近年
來相繼開放永儲、榮儲及遠雄等倉儲業者加入經營,加上我國航空貨運量從
2004 年隨著產業外移逐漸減少,使得航空貨運集散站之競爭愈加激烈。本研究
藉由市場區隔理論,以問卷調查的方法,找出使用者對選擇航空貨運集散站各
項因素之重視程度,經由因素分析萃取出「專業能力」、「資訊及管理」、「作業
效率」、「貨物安全」及「價格彈性」等五個因素構面。進而利用集群分析找出
「e 化服務導向」、「價格服務導向」、「品牌服務導向」及「專業服務導向」四
個顧客群,並針對四個顧客群擬定不同行銷策略,以供航空貨運集散站業者經
營之參考。

Abstract
An air cargo terminal is one of the important spot of the international logistics
process but there is few studies focus on the service quality and work flow of air
cargo terminal. This study aims to explore the benefit segmentation of air cargo
terminal in Taiwan from the air freight forwarders. Based on the factor analysis, five
benefit dimensions were: professional, information and management, working
efficiency, cargo safety and price elasticity.
The cluster analysis was subsequently performed. On the basis of the factor
scores in benefit dimensions, respondents are categorized into four groups:
electronic service oriented group, price service oriented group, brand service
oriented gruop. The results may be technical terms of market segmentation.
